If you’re already using the Neto platform by direct subscription to Maropost, you can instead access our ZELLIS Account Management Program starting at just $799 per month +0.5% of turnover (negotiable if you already have a substantial turnover).

*Key Terms & Conditions:

  • All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Australian GST will be added where required by law.
  • In addition to the base monthly fee, a flat percentage will be applied to your previous month’s turnover. Your monthly turnover is the aggregated value of all orders you received through our platform for each calendar month ended including shipping revenue and GST you have collected from your customers, whether or not you have cancelled or refunded any of those transactions. Special pricing for turnover above $425,000 per month is available on request.
  • Fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit and are non-refundable except as required by law. Where your subscription commences partway through a month, you will be charged at a prorata rate for the portion of the month remaining. The turnover portion (ex GST) of your fee will be calculated and billed in arrears after the end of each calendar month.

  • Website setup excludes design or coding. View our website setup scope here. This is for our standard webstore setup only. More complex setup plans are scoped and quoted per project.
  • Up to 20% of your monthly subscription fee may be set aside for +PERKS calculated on the preceding full calendar month.  +PERKS may be redeemed at your request for webstore design tweaks, customisation of system documents or emails, and/or Merchant Services. A design tweak is defined as any content or graphic element changes to your existing ZELLIS Connect website or eBay design template hosted on our platform. Applying your +PERKS allowance to Merchant Services hours requires you to provide clear instruction and/or full training to your designated ZELLIS Merchant Services specialist. Merchant Services hours will be calculated on the casual rate at the time.  Strategic or ecommerce consulting where required will be charged out at our standard consulting rate of $350 per hour.  Any unused +PERKS balance expires at the end of each month and cannot be rolled over or otherwise credited.
  • Discounts may apply for 6 or 12 months advance payments. Please enquire for details.
  • There are no fees to cancel, however a minimum of 1 month’s notice is required to terminate a ZELLIS Connect subscription after at least 2 paid months have been completed (excluding any free trial period).
